La Festa del Redentore è uno degli eventi più sentiti di Venezia perchè in esso convivono perfettamente l'aspetto religioso e quello culturale che ha il suo apice nello spettacolo pirotecncio di sabato sera sul Bacino di San Marco. Anche quest'anno il Ristorante Principessa dell'Hotel Savoia e Jolanda ha messo a punto un menu unico per la serata per godere dello spettacolo da un punto di vista d'eccezione. Starters
- Trilogy of raw fish: tuna tartare, salmon tartare, marinated sea bass carpaccio
- Aubergine, scallop and provola cheese parmigiana on yoghurt and basil cream
- Summer salad with octopus and Sicilian citrus fruits
- DOP buffalo’s milk mozzarella from Campania with cherry tomatoes, rocket salad and oregano
- Parma ham rose with yellow and white melons
First Courses
- Thin tagliatelle with mantis shrimps aromatized with lime and mint
- Handmade macaroni with small duck fillets, Taggiasca olives, cherry tomatoes and caper flowers
- Paccheri pasta with red pesto sauce made with sun dried tomatoes, basil, pistachios and smoked ricotta cheese
- Scallop and prawn panciotti pasta with cuttlefish in black ink
Barley and spelt warm soup with Sant’Erasmo vegetables and Sicilian prawns

Redentore mixed fried seafood and vegetables
Baked sliced fillet with roasted champignons on valerian and Sardinian carasau bread
Veal liver on potato and shallot purée served with crunch leek straw
Steamed loin of salt cod with vegetable ratatouille and Müller Thurgau sauce
Grilled swordfish tournedos with confit tomato and aubergine cream
